Ingredients
- 4 large zucchini
- 2.2 lbs / 1 kg tomatoes
- 17.6 oz / 500 g granular cream cheese
- 15.9 oz / 450 g lean ham cubes
- 7 oz / 200 g grated light cheese
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chimichurri spice mix
Directions
- Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices using a vegetable slicer
- Quarter tomatoes
- Finely chop the onions, press the garlic and mix with the grainy cream cheese, diced ham, grated cheese and the spices to form a filling.
- Spread the filling on the slices, roll them up with a piece of tomato and layer them upright in a baking dish. Tip: divide directly into four inner bowls of the Heatsbox
- Bake in the oven at 356 Fahrenheit
