Available for all HeatsBoxes purchased from our webshop during the standard warranty period.The extension applies to one HeatsBox only.Not valid for accessories and spare parts.

What’s included?

All HeatsBox products come with a standard 24-month warranty.The extended warranty extends this standard warranty by a further 12 months, for a total of 36 months after delivery of the HeatsBox.The HeatsBox accessories are excluded from the extended warranty. Each HeatsBox requires its own warranty. Purchasing an extended warranty only applies to a single product.
The extended warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from heatsbox.us.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, loss, or damage resulting from the failure of the product. Damage due to failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, such as damage and/or defects resulting from repairs or tampering with the product by a person not authorized by the manufacturer, is not covered.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our US warehouse in Des Plaines, IL to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska, and to Canada. We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Do I have to pay import fee or taxes?

You'll never pay import duties on US orders. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout.

How fast do you ship?

We dispatch the orders within 1 business day. You should receive the order within 2-3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive the tracking details by email automatically.
