Ingredients
- 17.6 oz / 500 g pasta
- 1 package (approx. 8 oz / 227 g) vegan cream cheese
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 handfuls of spinach
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil for cooking

Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Cut the tofu into small cubes, season with tofu-spices and soja-sauce.
- Cut the bell peppers into stripes.
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- Add the tofu cubes to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- Then sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic until they are soft.
- Add the vegan cream cheese + water and stir until melted, creating
a creamy sauce. - Fold in the spinach.
- Add the cooked pasta and the tofu to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
