Ingredients
- 12 oz / 500g seafood mixture
- 17.5 oz / 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespons butter
- 5 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic & fry
- Add the mixture to the pan. Season with pepper & salt
- Cover and simmer everything for about 6 minutes
- Cook the pasta according to package requirements
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with seafood and mix
- Serve with fresh parsley
